Overview
BackMir Classic is the first game on the site, and it runs in your browser. Start with the village quests, learn your class skills and equip your first drop, then push on through tombs, mines and snowfields to the Fire Dragon Temple and Lava Hell. Progress saves in your browser and syncs to the cloud once you sign in.
For players who like familiar map routes, target items and steady progression.
Gameplay & video
From Bichon outwards, one map at a time
Quests introduce shops, travel posts and nearby monsters. Then the route runs through the orc tombs, mines and snowfields. Map guides list exits, monsters and boss locations so you can plan ahead.
No two drops are quite the same
Equipment rolls stars, bonus points and affixes, and five pieces of the same quality add a set bonus. The guides trace any item back to the monsters and maps that drop it.
Bosses worth preparing for
The Fire Dragon God, the Yama Prince, the frost bosses of Silent Ice Valley and others have fixed locations and their own drops. Bring potions, a town scroll and the right skills before you go.

Classic characters save in this browser and upload to the Classic cloud save after you sign in. Characters, bags and progress are never shared with another game.

Do I need to download anything?
No. Press Play and the game loads in your browser. The first visit downloads game files, so later visits start faster.
Can I play on a phone or a Mac?
Yes. On a Mac, open it in any modern browser. On a phone, turn it to landscape and use the touch controls.
Which class should I start with?
Pick Warrior for close combat, Wizard for ranged damage, or Taoist for summons and support. Every class can finish the game, so choose the style you enjoy.
Will my character be there on another device?
Yes, once you sign in: Classic syncs to its cloud save automatically. Guest characters stay in the current browser only, so back them up before clearing site data.
Is BackMir the same game as 旧境传说?
Yes. 旧境传说 is the Chinese name for BackMir. Switching the site language does not require a new character.
